• Please double check the IMEI entry as once the order has been processed it won’t be possible to change it because we have an instant submission system and your order would  be submitted to the server simultaneously . If there’s any amendment needed or to cancel the order for a full refund then you must contact us on our direct helpline number immediately.

• If your phone is Blocked/Blacklisted/Barred, then the server will not be able to unlock your device/generate the code. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the phone is not blacklisted to avoid any delays or loss of refund.

• A full refund will be issued directly into your bank account if we are unable to generate the code or it is not found in our database. (this is applicable when you have sent us supported, correct and legitimate IMEI). We will require your bank account to process the refund once it’s approved.

• We strongly advise you not to make any calls on our PRNs if you are unsure about anything. You may approach us through following methods for any enquiries, complaints orfor refund issues in regards to this service.
